Gary Buckley “Buck” has invested 34 years in operations and construction/project management. Buck has previously held executive positions with Jensen Durfee, Frauenshuh and Swervo Development. Gary is adept at maximizing value and ensuring that every construction project he manages is run in a timely, efficient manner with minimal disruption to tenants and building operations. Bauch Enterprises is fortunate to have Buck as a team member; he is a true asset to any construction project.

Janelle Swenson
Assistant Property Manager

Janelle joined Bauch Enterprises as an Administrative Assistant in 2010 and quickly earned the position of Assistant Property Manager. Janelle is adept at making owners, tenants and contractors feel comfortable and respected. She ensures that Tenant requests are responded to in a timely manner and is responsible for maintaining all aspects of the office allowing staff to perform their duties with utmost efficiency. Janelle assists in preparation of proposals, obtaining permits and licenses; she is responsible for accounts receivable/ payable and payroll. She is typically the first point of contact for Bauch Enterprises and makes a great first impression for the company.
