Julie A. Bauch, CEO of Bauch Enterprises, has over 30 years of experience in the Commercial Real Estate Industry, specializing in the leasing and sale of commercial venues. She has developed a select clientele and provides service to every aspect of their needs, including landlord representation, tenant representation, market studies, and property management services.
Julie excels at bringing key stakeholders together to facilitate change and deliver results. She acquired a broad base of knowledge in the real estate industry during her tenure with United Properties as Assistant Vice President of New Business Development, representing institutional clients including Aetna, Travelers, MassMutual, Principal, and Invesco, as well as local companies like Architectural Antiques, Northwestern Book Stores, Hirschfield's, Project Pathfinder, Peerless Land Company, and Swervo Development Corporation.
Julie thrives in a team environment and is able to motivate and inspire others to adopt and pursue a common goal. Her leasing and management portfolio includes a million-square-foot, class B building in Lowertown St. Paul, the Historic Coco Building located in the central business district of St. Paul, and a multi-tenant industrial building in Burnsville as well as a leasing opportunity in Bloomington. In her role as a tenant representative, Julie completed an assignment with Project Pathfinder, relocating them from a 12,000-square-foot space in the Griggs Midway Building to the Hamline Park Plaza Building in St. Paul. Julie has also represented Lowertown Bike Shop (20,000 square feet) in their move to the Union Depot in St. Paul.
Julie is involved with a number of organizations. She is a board member on the St. Paul Mayor’s Business Review Council, Former Board Chair of the St. Paul BOMA; Co-Chair of the St. Paul BOMA Marketing Committee; Co-Chair of the St. Paul Downtown Alliance; the Gala Committee and Broker Committee. She is also a board member of the St. Paul Chamber of Commerce Political Action Committee and a member of the Future of Fourth Street Committee. Julie is frequently sought out to speak at different real estate venues and has been a presenter of the St. Paul BOMA annual report for the past few years.
Julie Bauch recently joined the ranks of CBRE in Minneapolis as an Assistant Director of Property Management. Julie’s team of nineteen consists of of property managers and support staff responsible for a portfolio of over six million square feet of office, industrial and retail properties.
